What is a Luxe.Vet membership, and how does it work?
At LUXE.VET we offer a Concierge Membership Plan, personalized according to your pet’s specific needs and your budget.
Our concierge membership at LUXE.VET includes a highly personalized experience, guaranteed same or next-day urgent care appointments, tele-triage available 24 hours a day, telemedicine appointments, drop-off appointments, complimentary transport to/from our office, transport to an emergency/specialty hospital if your pet is critical, and a pair of Doccasins to protect your pet’s feet from the hot ground when visiting our office.
Do I need to be a member to make an appointment?
Absolutely not! While membership offers you additional benefits like priority scheduling and personalized services, we are happy to see non-members for appointments as well.
What happens during a wellness exam?
A wellness exam is a complete physical assessment of your pet’s health. We evaluate their weight, coat, heart, lungs, eyes, ears, and dental health, as well as perform necessary lab work or testing. This helps us detect any issues early and keep your pet healthy throughout the year.
Can I drop my pet off for an appointment?
Yes, we offer drop-off appointments as part of our membership benefits. You can bring your pet to us in the morning, and we’ll take care of any exams, treatments, or tests they need while you go about your day. We’ll update you when your pet is ready for pickup.
Do you see emergencies?
Yes! We offer walk-in urgent and emergent care from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. No appointment is necessary for emergency visits.
How do urgent and emergent care visits work?
If your pet has an urgent health concern, members can access same-day or next-day appointments. For more severe cases, we offer walk-in emergent care. If your pet’s condition requires advanced emergency treatment, we also provide transport to the ER of your choice, which is included in your membership.
What is telemedicine, and how can it help my pet?
Telemedicine allows you to consult with our veterinarians virtually, via phone or video, for non-emergent issues. Whether you have a question about your pet’s health or need advice on next steps, telemedicine provides a convenient way to access expert care from the comfort of your home.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes, we will help you prepare all the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your pet insurance company. Most pet insurance policies require upfront payment, and you will need to file a claim for reimbursement.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans, but our membership options help provide flexible, ongoing care tailored to your pet’s needs. Concierge membership comes with valuable services and discounts to help manage costs throughout the year. We also accept major credit cards and other forms of payment.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office or booking online. Members receive priority scheduling, and we always aim to offer same or next-day availability for urgent care.
Do you treat exotic pets?
Some of our doctors will see pocket pets, such as guinea pigs, gerbils, rats, and rabbits. However, we do not see birds or reptiles. Please call ahead to confirm availability before bringing in your pocket pet for an examination.

Our dental cleanings are performed under anesthesia to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety.
